They officially came out August 8, 2024: 1 month before race day, and from runDisney in the Digital Expo which you can find at https://www.rundisney-expo.run/
Disneyland Halloween 5k Race Map 2024
The 5k map shows that the 5k race is almost entirely inside the parks.

Disneyland Halloween 10k Race Map 2024
The map shows the 10k race goes through both parks at Disneyland and there is minimal amount of time spent running outside the parks.

Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Race Map 2024
The Disneyland Half Marathon map shows that the race goes through both parks at Disneyland and there is 6-7 miles outside the parks, so about half of the race is outside of the parks.
