Hi!👋🏻
I’m Dr. Ali
I show injury prone runDisney runners how to get stronger and run safely so they avoid pain and re-injury.
Let’s be honest: you just want to get to the finish.
You want to run a Disney race.
You want to cross the finish line.
You want to be able to run without worrying if the next run will bring back your injury.
But so far, everything you've tried has left you with injury after injury. You're ready for a better way-- a way that really works.
That’s where I come in.
I’m obsessed with helping injury prone runDisney runners like you cross the finish line!
How’s it goin?
I’m not the kind of coach that just tells you to rest and ease back into running. I’m all about giving you step-by-step guidance to get you where you want to go.
I’ve been in the rehab space for 10+ years and been running for 15+ years. I’ve run a few half marathons with friends and family and I was introduced to runDisney a few years back. I feel like runDisney is a nice combo of all things Disney plus running.
Through the years I've noticed a trend that many doctors were telling runners to rest for a few weeks, ease back into running and if that didn't work head over to physical therapy. My clients followed this plan but their injury always came back!
When I was in the PT clinic seeing local runners I just didn't have enough time each session with them, or the insurance dictated how many sessions and what the sessions included (spoiler alert insurance doesn't care about return to running... it cares about pain reduction and return to daily function). So once my patients had no pain and could do their day-to-day they were discharged.
And even if they wanted to stay on and pay out-of-pocket I didn't have time for them because I saw 20 patients that day.
So even when they were doing all the right things including PT and their home exercises they would end up getting hurt again... either the same injury or something new.
Since 2018, when I formed my own businesses, I was finally able to ditch dealing with insurance so I could give my clients the exact programs, time and attention they needed and deserved. And though my business model has changed through the years, from in-home physical therapy to online coach for runners, I'm able to give clients what their other providers couldn't; the best strength exercises for their injury and the best running plans so they can ditch the injury cycle they've battled for years and cross the finish line.
Now I'm here to help you get those same results.
I take a different approach to running so you don’t struggle with pain and injury
It’s possible to run the Dopey Challenge after getting injured.
Even if you deem yourself a slow runner you’re passing everyone on the couch.
Strong muscles now mean Disney medals later.

The power of the right strength exercises with running plan.
It’s sucks to have something( injuries) hold us back from what we love! I could have gotten on board With any of the many running coaches around, but would they have given me what I really needed? I don’t think so. I’m sure they have nice plans, good advice, and tips etc. For me, when I saw your background and your passion, I had a feeling We would make a good fit! As we all should admit..sometimes we need help with the things in life we think we already know! And that’s where you fit my needs perfectly! - Becky B

"I am so grateful for my experience with Dr. Ali. She was so thorough and always took time to address all of my questions. She provided me with a concise plan to recover and train for my next RunDisney event. Prior to seeing her, I worked with other physical therapists who taught me several exercises, but I did not feel like they adequately addressed my pain and my want to continue training for future races. Now working with Dr. Ali, I know how to avoid flare ups and address pain, and I have a thorough plan on how to train for my upcoming race. She has addressed all of my issues and answered every question I have had. She truly takes her time getting to know her clients and all of their ailments and uses her plethora of knowledge to answer questions and address concerns. I cannot recommend her enough! "
