I’m Dr. Ali.

Doctor of Physical Therapy. Personal Trainer. Nutrition Coach.

When I’m not reading Harry Potter, at Disney (or wishing I was), hanging with my dog & husband, or crocheting amigurumi, I’m helping runners train for their next runDisney race to cross the finish line healthy, strong and confident.

As a coach with 10+ years in the rehab space, I’m an expert in running injuries and have taken my clients all the way from barely able to run a few minutes because of an injury to being happy, motivated and running magical races.

2025 DISNEYLAND HALLOWEEN HALF MARATHON WEEKEND

Disneyland Halloween Yoga: September 4, 2025
Disneyland Halloween 5k: September 5, 2025
Disneyland Halloween 10k: September 6, 2025
Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon: September 7, 2025
Disneyland Halloween Chills & Thrills: Sept 4-7, 2025

Note that for the most part: 5ks are on Fridays of race weekend, 10ks are on Saturday of race weekend and Half Marathon are on Sunday of race weekend. The exceptions for this are for Marathon Weekend: the 5k is Thursday, 10k is Friday, Half Marathon is Saturday and Marathon is Sunday; and Springtime Surprise Weekend there is a 10 Miler on Sunday instead of a Half Marathon. If a race weekend has Yoga it may be on Thursday or Monday
