The Back-of-the-Pack Runner’s Speed Program

Speed training for slow runners who want to finish strong, enjoy the parks and have time for character stops.

This 6-week group coaching program is designed to help you get faster in a way that actually works for your pace. Most runners start here to build speed, dial in their pacing, and create a strong foundation before moving into longer race training.
