What many runners miss in their strength program is exercising without knowing what kinds of exercises are the best to build strong glutes.
In this FREE workshop I’m going to walk you through step-by-step exactly how to build out your workout program so you know you're doing the right exercises.
By the end of this workshop you'll know which type of exercise your glutes need: Activation, Stability or Strength, and exactly what movements you should do for that type of exercise to successfully build your glutes.
Do any of these sound familiar?
You skip 75% of the YouTube workout because it’s filled with squats and lunges so you’re left wasting hours searching for another workout that won’t aggravate your knees.
You push through squats and lunges because they’re the best way to strengthen your glutes… only to be left in agony for the next 3 days to have to do it all over again.
You lift heavy weights because you need muscle because your doctor told you your knees hurt because they’re weak.
If you’ve done 1 or all 3 of those, you’re not alone.
More than half of the runDisney runners I talk to think that’s the only way… I’m here to tell you: it’s not.
There’s another way and I’m going to show you on this FREE workshop.
In this value-packed FREE Workshop you’ll learn
The 3 Essential Movements you need in your strength program to build your glutes without hurting yourself.
When it comes to strength exercises for runDisney runners with knee pain squats and lunges are out.
You can build your strength without aggravating your knees.
And in this FREE workshop we’ll cover the THREE movements most runners don’t know work your glutes but make all the difference.
The #1 reason so many runDisney runners are in agony most of the week.
…and how to avoid this major mistake that the most personal trainers and coaches recommend.
Look, you don’t know what you don’t know, and when it comes to strength training with an injury it’s not one size fits all. In the Build Your Glutes event we’re getting specific on how to strengthen without hurting, not just follow the plan for the masses.
How to go from debilitated to STRONG
In this FREE Workshop you’re going to map out the exact activities you should be including in your workout so you can walk away with a solid strength program and take methodical steps toward running through the castle with confidence and strength!

Hey, how’s it goin?
I’m Dr. Ali
Doctor of Physical Therapy. Personal Trainer. Nutrition Coach.
Host of Running to the Castle Podcast.
The runDisneyDPT on Instagram.
I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2012 and immediately started working in outpatient orthopedics.
At my first position I was one of the Physical Therapists for Runners where we provided free gait analyses and strength assessments for local running groups and gave them home exercise programs to optimize their running.
I continued working in other outpatient orthopedic clinics helping patients with back and core problems, Runner’s Knee, Meniscus problems, IT Band Syndrome, Achilles tendinitis, Posterior Tibialis Tendon Dysfunction, Plantar Fasciitis Shin Splints and more.
In 2018 I created my own business to see patients with orthopedic injuries in their home. Since then I have added personal training and nutrition certifications to provide even more assistance to meet my running clients’ needs.
Now I work completely remotely helping injury-prone runDisney runners across the country build strength, add mile and cross the finish line.
For the injury-prone runDisney runner ready to...
Stop getting injured and start getting stronger.
FAQs
-
Good news! Strength assessments at home use minimal equipment. I recommend a chair and a yoga mat. You’ll also want some space on the floor to move around.
-
We’re going to be going through the assessment together live during the workshop so that’s obviously going to be your best bet but if you absolutely can’t make the call I will be sending out a replay the next day.
